I'm formally trained in a wide range of proven tools and frameworks in strategy, process improvement, and customer insights, and I choose the right ones for each challenge. I'm just as comfortable in a boardroom as I am shadowing the people who do the work every day, and I believe the best solutions come from connecting the two.

My Guiding Principles

  • The best way to find out whether an idea works is to test it. I start small, learn quickly, and adjust, so teams don’t spend months on a solution that was never going to work.

  • If a goal matters, it deserves a number, a target, and someone who owns it. I build organization-wide strategies with clear metrics and dashboards, and set the goals and targets that keep every project on track.

  • It's tempting to jump straight to answers, but a fix aimed at the wrong problem costs time and money. I dig into root causes first, so every solution we test is aimed at the right target and the ones that stick keep working.

  • Those closest to the work see problems and possibilities that others miss. That’s why I make sure everyone affected by a change has a voice in shaping it, from the front lines to the C-suite. I connect easily with people at every level, and when every perspective is represented, the solutions are stronger and people are more likely to adopt and sustain them.
